Toni has worked in the real estate industry for over 19 years and has been on Glenn’s team for the past 7 years.
Toni’s main role is to ensure that our clients have a great experience with superior customer service and that every detail is handled.
As the office manager she oversees all office activities including marketing, transactions, MLS management, REO accounts, coordinates REO services, and monthly reports. She is responsible for coordinating transactions from initial offer to closing by communicating with co-op agents, lenders, and title companies. She handles payments on all accounts, including utility and contractor bills incurred while maintaining properties during their listing period.
